- No one under the age of 18 will be tattooed. This is Texas State
law so please don't ask!
- You must provide a pictured, government issue
ID. A temporary paper drivers license is NOT sufficient.
- Minor
piercings must present the following: Picture ID, Parent or legal guardian (with supporting documentation),
If the last names on the Parents ID and the minors ID do NOT match then a Birth certificate will be needed.
- We Do NOT do any lip or cheek piercings on minors. You must be at least 16
to receive a tongue or eyebrow piercing.
- We Do NOT pierce any minor
under the age of 15 (excluding ear lobes).
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
- Minimum draw fee is $25.00 and may be more depending on size and detail. The draw fee
does not go towards the price of the tattoo. The artist will make one change after they contact you for approval.
If additional changes are wanted then another draw fee will be charged. No drawing will be released unless it has been
tattooed.
- Minimum appointment charge is $50.00 and may be more depending
on the time frame the artist needs to book you for. This money will go towards the tattoo and the balance of the work
will be due at the time of the appointment. Any appointment not cancelled within 48 hours will result in forfeiture
of deposit money. We will re-schedule your appointment one time with adequate notice. All future re-scheduling
on the same tattoo will be charged $25.00 per occurence.
- No pictures
of any artwork (flash) may be taken in our store.
- Please limit your guest
to one adult inside the procedure area at any given time.
- No food or
drink inside the procedure areas. Please eat before you come.
- No
animals.
- No weapons, No tobacco products inside, NO alcohol, and NO loitering.
- Free tattoo touch-ups will be honored with-in 60 days of the tattoo and Monday - Thursday
only. The same artist must perform the touch-up. The touch-up will not be free if our aftercare guidelines
were not followed, aftercare was not purchased, longer than 60 days. We do not do touch-ups on Lips, Hands, or
Feet.
